Manage paid social campaigns to meet client goals, optimize ad performance, and oversee client interactions. Provide data-driven insights and mentorship to junior team members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Independently manage paid social campaigns, optimizing ad placements, targeting, and creative to meet client goals.
- Handle client servicing by effectively engaging with mid-level stakeholders to discuss ad performance, audience targeting adjustments, and creative testing.
- Identify and escalate critical performance issues, ad disapprovals, and client concerns with a clear resolution plan.
- Manage 8-10 accounts at full bandwidth or $40,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Proficient in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on platform best practices.
- Developing understanding of Multi-Touch Attribution for social platforms, able to support campaign analysis and attribution reporting for clients.
- Stay updated on paid social trends and best practices, proactively adjusting campaigns to align with platform updates and audience behavior.
- Develops creative strategies for social ads, engaging in testing to improve creative performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments to improve engagement and ROI.
- Present data-driven insights to clients, offering recommendations to enhance paid social engagement.
- Analyze client business models and align paid social strategies with revenue and engagement objectives.
- Contribute to internal training efforts, mentoring junior team members on campaign execution best practices.
- Execute operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of social ad targeting, budget management, and ad creative strategies.
- 2-3 years of client management experience, primarily with SMBs. Can independently manage client interactions related to paid social campaign updates.
- Expertise in optimizing ad performance through testing, data analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Demonstrates ability to engage with clients confidently, discussing performance metrics and addressing questions with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Understands how different business models affect paid social strategy, contributing insights during team discussions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle mid-tier escalations independently.
- Manages daily operational tasks in paid social campaigns, adhering to workflow guidelines and ensuring smooth execution.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changes in paid social platforms and industry trends.
