Job Description

  • Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery;
  • Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLA's set to Operations organisation;
  • Meeting individual SLA's and KPI's set for the role;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery;
  • Coordinate manufacturing-related improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing, changing of product codes etc;
  • Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers, delivery partners);
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors or delays;
  • Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.

  • You’re a clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements.

  • You’re flexible with your work hours. We aim to help our global customers any time they need it, occasionally during weekends and holidays.
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in card manufacturing or have experience with supply-chain/delivery optimisation.
