At MECCA, our marketing team brings brands to life through innovative, customer-first storytelling. As a Category Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful omni-channel campaigns that connect our customers to the world’s best beauty brands. 

The Role You Could Play: 

Reporting into the Marketing team, you will lead the end-to-end execution of category and brand marketing initiatives, ensuring all activity aligns with MECCA’s broader strategy and Brand DNA. You will: 

  • Lead the planning and execution of omni-channel brand partner campaigns across MECCA’s portfolio  

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans for strategic brands, in partnership with internal stakeholders and brand partners 

  • Partner with Brands & Buying to align marketing activity with category priorities and growth opportunities  

  • Act as the key contact for brands, managing briefs, campaign development, and cross-functional delivery  

  • Deliver post-campaign insights and continuously optimise performance and future planning  

What You Will Bring: 

You are a collaborative and commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideally, you will bring: 

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing within a brand or agency environment (retail or omni-channel preferred)  

  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns with strong commercial outcomes  

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams  

  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities, balancing multiple priorities  

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
