What You'll Do
- Resolve vendor tickets on a daily/weekly basis in line with our SLAs
- Set up and execute promotions as per category manager direction
- Ensure new vendors / new SKUs are onboarded according to SLAs; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog and promotion teams
What You'll Need
- Completion of a BS/BA degree
- 0-1+ years of experience with a preference in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing
- Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication, self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, solid time, data and organizational management skills.
