Overview

Mindray is seeking an Ultrasound Clinical Imaging Specialist to support the development and optimization of ultrasound imaging performance across current and future product lines. This role works at the intersection of clinical expertise and engineering, partnering with cross-functional teams to refine imaging parameters, define product requirements, and enhance overall system performance.

This position plays a key role in translating real-world clinical insights into product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and market success.

What You’ll Do

  • Support imaging scientists in optimizing imaging parameters and managing imaging databases to enhance end-user performance 
  • Participate in the design and development of new products, collaborating with clinical applications, engineers, clinical experts, and external partners to define workflows, UI, and system enhancements 
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical sites, including travel to observe product performance in real-world settings 
  • Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and inform product design decisions 
  • Use image editing and visualization tools to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively 
  • Test, validate, and provide feedback on new features, functions, and imaging performance 
  • Support product training initiatives and assist with new product launches 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience 
  • Ultrasound credential required (RDMS, RVT/RVS, or RDCS/RCS); triple credential preferred 
  • 10+ years of clinical ultrasound experience 
  • Experience in commercial ultrasound applications 
  • Prior experience in clinical ultrasound marketing and/or product development strongly preferred
