Description
- Lead CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for northern LA and Kern County projects.
- Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.
- Support private clients and government agencies with CEQA procedural guidance.
- Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of LA and Kern County projects.
- Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings.
- Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
- Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Effective and polished communicator
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with northern Los Angeles and/or San Diego County jurisdictions and agencies preferred.
