The Role

Capco is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major banking client on strategic encryption and cryptography initiatives. This role will focus on facilitating technology change, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and delivery coordination across complex enterprise environments.

Working closely with technology, security, delivery, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure the successful adoption and implementation of encryption-related changes while minimizing operational risk and maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities supporting enterprise encryption and cryptography initiatives.
  • Facilitate implementation planning, stakeholder communications, readiness assessments, and change adoption activities.
  • Partner with technology, security, delivery, and business teams to ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks while supporting governance and reporting requirements.
  • Drive engagement across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure smooth transition and implementation of new processes and technologies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager within financial services, banking, or payments environments.
  • Experience supporting technology transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise change programs.
  • Understanding of cryptography concepts, including symmetric and asymmetric encryption.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience supporting encryption, cybersecurity, or information security transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of banking technology platforms, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working alongside technology delivery, infrastructure, or security teams.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Consulting experience within large-scale financial services organizations.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
