The role analyzes defense priorities, acquisition pathways, budgets, geopolitical developments, stakeholders, competitors, and mission needs to identify opportunities for autonomous systems. Responsibilities include advising executives, shaping engagement and capture strategies, supporting partnerships and market entry, translating customer insights into product direction, navigating FMS and DCS pathways, and representing NODA at defense engagements. The role requires extensive Taiwan defense experience, senior stakeholder access, strategic judgment, and significant travel.

Manage customer success for Mastercard’s Economics Intelligence Solutions across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include onboarding, product delivery, demos, training, customer coaching, insight presentations, support, renewals, expansion, churn prevention, and partnership with product, sales, and delivery teams. The role requires building executive-level relationships, solving customer problems, identifying product improvements, and communicating the value of economic and payments data solutions.

Leads Square’s partnerships strategy across Australia and Japan, building and scaling relationships with financial institutions, technology platforms, distributors, and other strategic partners.
