KATBOTZ is seeking experienced Change & Training Consultants to support organizational transformation and enterprise project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, and user adoption strategies for technology and business process transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support organizational change management initiatives for enterprise projects and digital transformation programs.

  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.

  • Create training materials, user guides, SOPs, presentations, and knowledge documentation.

  • Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and end-user enablement programs.

  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and technical teams to support successful adoption.

  • Monitor user adoption, feedback, and training effectiveness metrics.

  • Identify change risks and resistance management strategies.

  • Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation.

  • Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or business transformation initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in training delivery, communication planning, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Experience creating training documentation, SOPs, job aids, and e-learning content.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

  • Experience conducting virtual training sessions and remote collaboration.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and learning platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prosci, PMP, or relevant Change Management certifications are preferred.

  • Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, or enterprise system implementations.

  • Exposure to adoption analytics and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Experience working with global teams and overlapping US hours.
