What It’s Like to Work at GoGuardian

We are an outcomes-focused learning company with a steadfast focus on improving learning environments, one classroom at a time. Working with us means joining a remote team of diverse, committed, mission-driven employees who are inspired by our vision, dedicated to our customers, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Guardians put their heads together to solve problems, learn together from experiments that fail, and stand together by their work with full accountability. We balance our diligence with an inclusive culture that invites everyone to bring their whole self to work. Join us and learn why “I love the people here” is one of the most frequent comments we hear from Guardians.

The Role

We are looking for an organized and highly effective communicator to support GoGuardian’s growing channel partner ecosystem through clear, consistent, and impactful communications and enablement programs. This is a dedicated channel-facing role, focused on partner readiness and sales enablement, and is distinct from broader, end-customer marketing efforts.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring our partners have the information, tools, and resources they need to successfully position and sell GoGuardian solutions. The Channel Communications & Enablement Specialist will help design and execute partner-facing communications, create enablement materials, and support the ongoing development of partner training and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with Channel Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales leadership to ensure that partner messaging, programs, and enablement resources are delivered clearly and consistently and are adapted specifically for the channel sales motion.

Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of partner communications, the quality of enablement resources, and the overall engagement and readiness of GoGuardian’s partner ecosystem.
This role is designated as a hybrid position and requires the candidate to be local to the Chicagoland area. The expectation is to work from the CDW offices in downtown Chicago a minimum of two days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Communications: Develop and manage communication rhythms for GoGuardian’s partner ecosystem, including newsletters, announcements, updates, and enablement messaging that keep partners informed and aligned with company priorities.
  • Enablement Content Development: Adapt and maintain partner-facing enablement materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning guides, product overviews, and quick reference materials.
  • Training & Learning Programs: Support the development and delivery of partner enablement programs including onboarding resources, training sessions, webinars, and recorded learning materials.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Channel Managers, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure messaging and resources remain aligned across internal and external audiences.
  • Internal Channel Enablement: Support internal teams by maintaining organized libraries of partner materials and ensuring teams have the resources needed to work with channel partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Help build repeatable processes for partner communications and enablement programs that support GoGuardian’s long-term channel growth strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor partner engagement and feedback to continuously refine enablement programs and communication strategies.

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years of experience in channel sales, channel marketing, sales enablement, partner communications, or a related role.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable messaging.
  • Experience creating enablement resources such as sales decks, training materials, or marketing content.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting partner programs, reseller ecosystems, or indirect sales channels is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift.
  • Passion for education and technology and the impact both can have on improving student outcomes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or education technology companies.
  • Familiarity with partner enablement platforms, learning management systems, or partner portals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales organizations.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or channel enablement initiatives.
  • Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment.
  • Fueled by the opportunity to truly impact the education landscape.
  • Something else? Tell us! We want to learn more about you…

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, and an employee equity plan.
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a paid year-end holiday break.
  • A robust catalog of benefits that support your professional growth and personal wellbeing, including work from home funds, fertility & adoption reimbursement, and more…

Plus the intangible:

  • A varied and challenging role in an innovative, global company.
  • Supportive, driven colleagues who have your back and share your passion.

The typical total on target earnings for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
