The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Channel Manager Export Countries you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

How you will make an impact

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth through distributor partners across assigned export markets in the Andean region.
  • Execute channel management plans including distributor selection, performance management, forecasting, and pipeline development.
  • Support distributors in identifying market opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and implementing Solventum solutions within healthcare institutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and regional commercial teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor market performance, and provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of relevant experience

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Must be bilingual ( Spanish/ English)
  • Experience in sales, distributor management, or channel management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience in distributor management across multiple countries or emerging healthcare markets
  • Skills include strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and strong communication abilities
  • Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries
  • Experience developing and executing regional sales or market expansion strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and regulatory
  • Experience managing forecasting, sales planning, and CRM tools

Work location:

  • Remote (USA – Mandatory)

Travel: May include up to 40% international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
