Job Summary:

The partner ecosystem is a significant and fast-growing part of Prove’s success and growth strategy. We are looking for an exceptional Account Director, Partnerships to join our team as one of our first dedicated team members focused on maximizing value from our existing strategic reseller partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic resellers, including key open banking, fraud orchestration, identity and core banking platforms. This role requires a high degree of creativity, flexibility, and independence to help lay the foundation for our partnership account management function.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced partner manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives and increasing platform adoption. You will own the full relationship management cycle, focusing on ongoing enablement, joint GTM execution, and maximizing mutual success.

The Director of Partnerships must have a passion for partnerships and technology, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically about account growth challenges and convey compelling value propositions to established partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of existing strategic reseller partnerships across open banking, fraud orchestration, identity and core banking platforms.
  • Lead Partner Enablement efforts by developing, delivering, and maintaining training, sales collateral, and technical resources to ensure partners are knowledgeable and effective sellers of Prove’s solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing account plans focused on upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Prove’s platform within the existing partner base.
  • Maximize partner adoption and product consumption by serving as the primary relationship owner and executive sponsor for assigned partners.
  • Establish and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing plans with key partners to drive pipeline generation and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to measure performance, hold them accountable to commitments, and align on future growth initiatives.
  • Help define and develop the framework for an effective partner account management program to maximize opportunities for increasing revenue, brand awareness, and collaboration.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Partner Sales, Product, Legal, Customer Success) to deliver against an aligned vision for key partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing and growing strategic partnerships. 
  • History as a quota carrying top performer, regularly exceeding targets and quotas through existing partnership growth.
  • Extensive experience in partner enablement and co-marketing, with a proven track record of driving channel sales and adoption.
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving incremental pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • A true self-starter with a high degree of independence and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Background in digital authentication, cybersecurity, fintech, payments, or ecommerce is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 30% of the time for partner on-sites, conferences, and events.

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000 plus variable commission. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
