Position Summary

At ExtraHop, we are the ground truth behind the Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC). Key Responsibilities

This key position requires someone who is able to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ExtraHop’s products and solutions, competitive products, and industry trends. The role is primarily responsible for: 

  • Developing and growing both pipeline and revenue in the assigned region by gaining access to large enterprise opportunities through an agreed list of reseller partners.
  • Working closely with ExtraHop’s strategic reseller and alliance partners to build customized sales programs focused on pipeline creation.
  • Working cross-functionally with field sales, engineering, customer support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment.
  • Working closely with sales enablement as well as channel and field marketing to build outstanding partner enablement, communication and engagement plans.
  • Staying on top of changes to the regional partner landscape and identifying new markets and partners to help scale within the region.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of success growing pipeline, building relationships, and developing partner programs with the largest cybersecurity reseller partners in the assigned region.
  • 50-75% travel.
  • Excellent executive level presentation and communication skills; strength in both written and verbal communication.
  • Extremely well organized, demonstrating excellent follow-up, and the ability to create meaningful pipeline while providing good ROI through thoughtful channel investments.
  • Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security and networking markets and technologies, with demonstrated ability to effectively train and enable reseller partners in these areas.
  • Experience using SAAS applications such as Salesforce, Tableau, and the Google Suite of applications to generate reports, manage customer relationships, as well as create presentations and marketing materials.
  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Has predictable, reliable attendance.

Compensation for this role has a 60/40 split with a base salary between $120,000 - $138,000 + benefits.
