POSITION SUMMARY:
DuBois Chemicals is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager – Tolling which will be responsible for driving growth in Dubois’ contract manufacturing (tolling) business through proactive business development and strategic account management. This externally facing role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and translating manufacturing capabilities into customer solutions. The role partners closely with internal technical and commercial teams to grow revenue, expand customer engagement, and build a strong opportunity pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve assigned sales targets focused on contract manufacturing and tolling services.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new tolling customers and applications.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through commercialization.
Manage an established set of contract manufacturing customers, maintaining our high level of service & expanding our relationships.
Understand customer manufacturing requirements and align Dubois’ capabilities accordingly.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to evaluate opportunities and support successful execution.
Ensure adherence to agreements, pricing structures, confidentiality, and brand standards.
Track market and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Provide regular reporting on customer performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
Represent DuBois at sales meetings, customer events, and trade shows to promote brand presence and relationship development.
Drive sustainable, profitable sales growth through a disciplined, collaborative, and insight-driven approach.
Utilize sales tools such as DCRM (DuBois Customer Relationship Management) and associated systems.
Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of B2B (Business-to-Business) sales experience, preferably within a distributor or contract manufacturing model.
Proven track record of building and managing sales through indirect channels, with success in growing revenue and improving partner performance.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts and navigate cross-functional priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and data-driven sales management.
High initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for building partnerships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Applied Science or Business field preferred
