Skills and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the LATAM sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve goals and objectives.
- Inspire and motivate the team to ensure exceptional performance, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Establish and clearly communicate performance expectations and quality standards for the team.
- Communicate the sales vision, strategy, and goals to the team clearly and persuasively, ensuring everyone's alignment and commitment.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the company, sharing information and coordinating efforts to ensure sales success in the LATAM region.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, providing constructive feedback and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
- Possess skills in sales to new clients, product expansion for existing clients, and subscription renewals: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Prepare licensing reports for clients, partners, and colleagues: Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly and efficiently.
- Be responsible for the ongoing professionalization of Channel Partner activities: Effective communication with partners to ensure continuous improvement in sales, customer service, and support processes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the LATAM region.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the progress and success of sales initiatives.
- Take swift and effective action to resolve problems or obstacles that may arise in the sales process, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded.
- Possess knowledge of the AECO market, including familiarity with competitor solutions and the channel partner market in the focus region (Brazil or LATAM): Essential for developing effective sales strategies and identifying business opportunities. Possess mastery and lead the internal sales forecasting process: A crucial skill for planning and forecasting sales, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the Indirect Sales process and the quarterly management of the Channel Partner portfolio: Ability to effectively identify, engage, and manage channel partners, as well as implement continuous improvements in their activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Leader on the strategic channel and distribution plan: Collaborate in the development and implementation of sales and distribution strategies that maximize market reach and effectiveness.
- Be open to new ideas and approaches, and be able to adapt quickly to changes in market conditions or company strategy.
- Adjust sales strategies as needed to meet the specific needs and demands of customers in the LATAM region.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience when dealing with challenges and adversity, maintaining a constant focus on the end goals. Possess an interest in technology and information systems: Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and innovations.
- Possess skills in developing account plans using advanced sales methodologies: Ability to adapt to different sales situations and apply the most effective methodologies for each case.
- Proficiency in using internal information, transactional, and CRM systems: Efficiency in learning and using new technological tools to optimize the sales process and customer management.
- Understand and explore sales opportunities in the context of Licensing Regulation: Ability to quickly learn about new areas of opportunity and adapt sales strategies to maximize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and other stakeholders in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to develop joint sales strategies and ensure excellent customer service.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network and identify business opportunities in the region.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
- MBA in Business Management or Marketing.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
