Job Description:

As the Chief Architect - AI Systems at CXAPP you will play a pivotal role in driving our AI strategy and ensuring the successful design and deployment of ML models. You will be responsible for shaping our AI architecture, guiding our development teams, and ensuring the security and scalability of our AI systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking AI projects and lead a talented team of AI engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI/ML Expertise: Bring deep expertise in AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies to drive the development of AI-driven solutions.
  2. ML Model Design and Deployment: Lead the design and deployment of ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  3. Software Architecture: Define and evolve the software architecture of our AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  4. Programming Languages: Utilize your proficiency in Python, Java, and other relevant languages to lead development efforts.
  5. Cloud Technologies: Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to develop and deploy AI solutions at scale.
  6. Security: Ensure the security and privacy of AI systems, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  8. Strategic Vision: Define the strategic vision for AI systems, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying ML models in real-world applications.
  • Extensive experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong software architecture and development skills.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and relevant programming languages.
  • Expertise in cloud computing and security.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for AI innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
