This is a remote position.
Ø Develop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting processes and analysis.
Ø Establish operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, designing systems and resolving problems.
Ø Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing impact of variances.
Ø Provide leadership and credibility in the Finance group by providing accurate analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ø Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Ø Establish and develop good working relations with management.
Ø Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related course.
Ø CPA license is a plus.
Ø Must have extensive experience handling Accounting and Finance Departments.
Ø Strong analytical skills and results-driven personality.
Ø Ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
Ø Exceptional time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure.
