  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate strategic commercial programs and initiatives across markets, industry groups, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and execution against firm objectives.

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Executive Presence: Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CCO in leadership meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional initiatives. Build strong relationships across senior leadership, practice leaders, and market teams.

  • AI & Commercial Innovation: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, workflows, and content acceleration initiatives designed to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness: Identify opportunities to improve communication, coordination, reporting, and operational scalability across the commercial organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Seven to ten plus years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, commercial operations, finance, or Chief of Staff-related roles.

  • Prior experience within professional services, consulting, advisory, or other high-growth B2B environments strongly preferred.
