The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO of a global trading firm, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment across teams. Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership to ensure effective communication.
- Manage executive-level projects, prioritize competing demands, and monitor key deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, improving processes and driving accountability.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
- Coordinate and streamline the CEO’s professional and personal commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, consulting, or senior management role.
- Proven success managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a “no task too small” mindset.
