About HomeVision

HomeVision is building the next generation of AI-powered software for the $13 trillion mortgage industry. Our platform, MIRA, automates the manual, costly, and error-prone review of documents. By automating these tasks, we help lenders close loans faster and with less friction—ultimately saving borrowers time, money, and stress. We have already transformed appraisal operations for the country's top lenders, cutting review times by over 75%, and are now aggressively expanding to cover the entire loan file. We are a well-funded startup backed by Initialized Capital and NVP Capital, looking for builders who want to solve hard problems.

The Role & Culture

We are seeking a sharp, organized Chief of Staff to support HomeVision’s CEO and company operations. This role is focused on acting as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, facilitating cohesion between strategic priorities, competitive positioning, and cross-functional operations, and supporting fundraising efforts . You will manage synthesis of company performance to allow our CEO to focus on building the company, gaining exposure to every part of the business in the process. The Chief of Staff will have a front seat to decision making processes across finance, org development, partnerships, product and more. In this role, you will learn to bridge the gap between P&L management and long term strategic decision making.

At HomeVision, we like working with smart, curious, and kind people who enjoy real responsibility. We value low ego, high ownership, and clear communication. We learn from one another, give direct feedback, and and prioritize doing right by each other and our customers. This role is a good fit if you have high agency, excellent judgment, and thrive in ambiguity.

    • Strategic Partnerships: Partnerships: Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers. Work with finance and operations to maintain margin analysis to support partnership building. Travel to conferences and customer on-sites to gain industry context.

What You Will Bring
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or a high-growth startup environment. Prior fundraising, M&A, or partnerships experience a plus.
