Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff to the COO is a high-impact role at the center of how RZR executes on its most critical priorities. You will serve as a trusted partner to the COO, acting as an extension of senior leadership to ensure that strategic direction translates into clear plans, defined ownership, and measurable outcomes.

You will work across every function — Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and People Ops — to remove friction, surface risks early, and keep the organization focused on its highest-leverage work. This is not a coordination role. You will own initiatives end-to-end, step in directly when execution stalls, and be expected to drive outcomes without needing authority to do so.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator and analytical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with precision, and brings relentless follow-through to everything they touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, from problem definition through delivery and follow-through
  • Translate ambiguous or high-level direction into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and success metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and People Ops to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving execution risks before they become blockers
  • Build structured analyses, decision memos, and business cases to support leadership decision-making
  • Run analyses, deep dives, or special projects directly when needed to unblock progress or accelerate outcomes
  • Establish and manage operating cadences, including weekly reviews, monthly planning cycles, and executive readouts
  • Prepare leadership materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and strategic reviews
  • Track progress against strategic priorities and ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and executed
  • Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and prioritization efforts to focus the organization on the highest-impact work
  • Step in flexibly to cover execution gaps, manage projects, or support critical initiatives as business needs evolve
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, BizOps, Consulting, Program Management, or senior operational role
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills — you can structure ambiguous problems, interpret data, and turn insights into action
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience creating executive-ready materials
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and bias to action
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Nice to Have
  • Experience in technology, ad tech, or data-driven businesses
  • Exposure to executive leadership teams or board-level decision-making
  • MBA or advanced degree
Why Join RZR?
  • Direct partnership with the COO — you'll sit at the center of company strategy and have line-of-sight into every major decision shaping RZR's next chapter
  • Unmatched exposure to executive leadership, board-level priorities, and cross-functional decision-making across a scaling ad tech platform
  • A force multiplier role with real scope — you won't be scheduling meetings, you'll be owning the outcomes that matter most
  • High trust, high ownership culture where results count more than titles or tenure
  • Accelerated growth path into broader strategy, operations, or general management as RZR scales
