We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO in scaling the company's business operations and global programs, while also acting as a high-impact driver of the CEO & Executive Team’s special initiatives and strategic agenda. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning critical operating functions including Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, and Global AI Infrastructure while also leading a portfolio of special projects, related to strategic growth of the business. The ideal candidate is a versatile operator who moves fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, serving as a force multiplier for the CEO and connective tissue across the leadership team.  

Requirements:

    Required 

    • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a related field, with prior experience supporting C-suite executives 

    • Experience working with C-level executives to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment 

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments 

    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and KPI tracking 

    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, project portfolios, and operational execution 

    • Experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM/ERP platforms) 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive- and board-level materials 

    • Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership 

    Preferred 

    • Experience in a private equity–owned company 

    • Experience scaling revenue operations or sales operations functions at a high-growth company 

    • Familiarity with AI infrastructure, AI tooling, or technical program management 

    • Experience with evaluation, due diligence, and integration of acquisition targets 

    • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff / Director of Special Projects role 

    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree 

Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partnership to the CEO 

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on company-wide strategic priorities 

    • Drive the cadence of executive meetings, including agenda-setting, materials preparation, and follow-through on action items 

    • Translate CEO and executive leadership team (ELT) priorities into clear operating plans and hold teams accountable for execution 

    Strategic Support  

    • Partner with ELT, Functional Leaders, GM’s, and Finance to conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making 

    • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to the CEO and ELT 

    • Partner with key company resources to build market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to inform company direction 

    Special Projects  

    • Lead and manage a portfolio of special projects, as defined by the CEO and ELT, from conception to completion 

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation 

    • Drive project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, while providing regular progress updates to the CEO, ELT and stakeholders 

    • Participate in due diligence of acquisition opportunities, and participate in post-acquisition integration to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives and value creation 

    Business Operations Leadership 

    • Own and continuously improve core business operations processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making 

    • Establish and track company-wide KPIs, ensuring alignment across departments 

    • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them 

    Revenue Operations & Sales Operations 

    • Oversee revenue operations strategy, including forecasting, pipeline analytics, and go-to-market process optimization 

    • Partner with Sales leadership to design and refine territory planning, quota setting, compensation structures, and sales enablement processes 

    • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success through unified operational processes and shared metrics 

    Business Systems 

    • Lead the strategy, selection, and optimization of core business systems (CRM, ERP, and related platforms) 

    • Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, and cross-functional visibility 

    • Partner with IT and Engineering to prioritize systems investments and integrations 

    Global AI Infrastructure & Programs 

    • Own the strategy and operational roadmap for the company's global AI infrastructure initiatives 

    • Partner with technical leadership to ensure AI infrastructure investments align with business priorities and scale efficiently across regions 

    • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across business functions to improve productivity and decision-making 

    Cross-Functional Program Management 

    • Build and manage a PMO-style function to track major company initiatives, dependencies, and risks 

    • Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and department leaders to ensure alignment and clear communication
