What we’re looking for
  • 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or startup roles

  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or similar leadership support role is a strong plus

  • Experience working with marketing teams is helpful but not required

What you’ll doStrategic Planning & Execution
  • Partner closely with the CMO to define priorities, goals, and operating rhythms

  • Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes for the marketing org

  • Help build AI-native systems and processes for managing marketing workflow at scale

  • Act as an extension of the CMO during EMEA hours to keep work moving forward

  • Facilitate faster decision-making by triaging issues, escalating thoughtfully, and resolving where appropriate

  • Represent the CMO in meetings and discussions as needed to maintain velocity

  • Prepare clear briefs, updates, and decision memos for the CMO

  • Act as a trusted thought partner and sounding board

Operating Cadence & Team Cohesion
  • Own and run key operating mechanisms: team and team leadership meetings, weekly reviews, planning cycles, and retrospectives

  • Create clarity and consistency in communication across a global marketing team

  • Help ensure the team feels aligned, informed, and connected despite geographic separation

Special Projects & Problem Solving
  • Lead under-resourced high-priority initiatives

  • Support org design, resourcing, and process improvements as the team scales

  • Synthesize insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
