About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive healthcare. Our award-winning whole-body MRI scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Through our integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and AI—and a patient-centric experience across our growing network of clinics—we are redefining how diseases are detected and managed before symptoms arise.

At the heart of our product is the Prenuvo scan, a proprietary non-contrast whole-body MRI (WB-MRI) designed to deliver the most comprehensive view of a patient’s health in the shortest time possible. Patients receive direct access to their images and radiologist insights through our suite of patient-facing health applications, empowering them to take control of their health.

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to help drive clinical excellence, operational rigor, and strategic growth. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of clinical operations, medical strategy, and business execution, with a strong focus on supporting the performance and scalability of Prenuvo Clinics.

You will partner closely with the CMO and clinical leadership team to ensure that our care delivery model is safe, efficient, high-quality, and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do

This role will be tailored to the needs of the CMO, with a strong focus on supporting Prenuvo’s Clinics organization and clinical strategy. Core responsibilities include:

Clinical Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with the CMO to define and execute Prenuvo’s clinical strategy across radiology, consult services, and care delivery
  • Support development of clinical programs, protocols, and care models that improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Translate clinical priorities into actionable operational plans across clinics

Clinic Operations & Performance

  • Work closely with Clinic Operations leadership to drive performance across Prenuvo centers (e.g., utilization, throughput, patient experience, quality metrics)
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve clinic efficiency and consistency
  • Support rollout of new clinical services (e.g., consult programs, enhanced scans) across locations

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a connective tissue across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology teams
  • Ensure alignment between clinical priorities and product/engineering roadmaps (e.g., reporting tools, AI workflows, patient experience)
  • Drive coordination across radiologists, technologists, and care teams

Strategic Projects & Program Management

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new market launches, clinical workflow redesigns, quality improvement programs)
  • Establish clear goals, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Bring structure and execution rigor to complex, ambiguous problems

Clinical Quality & Performance Analytics

  • Define and track key clinical and operational metrics (e.g., scan quality, report turnaround time, consult performance, patient outcomes)
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor clinic and provider performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key partner to the CMO in preparing materials for executive leadership, board discussions, and clinical communications
  • Drive clear, consistent communication across clinical teams and the broader organization
  • Support change management initiatives within the Clinics organization
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, or a high-growth healthcare company
  • Strong healthcare background required
  • Deep interest in clinical operations, care delivery, and improving patient outcomes
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior clinical leaders (e.g., CMO, physicians, operators)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize clinical, operational, and business data
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of driving complex initiatives from concept to execution
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and bring structure where it’s needed
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism when working with sensitive clinical and organizational matters
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-site clinic operations, radiology, or diagnostic services
  • Familiarity with clinical quality frameworks, healthcare KPIs, and regulatory considerations
  • Prior startup or high-growth healthcare experience
