Objectives of this Role

As the chief of staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and provide strategic and operational support for the CEO. As the right hand to the CEO, you will wear many hats and must be comfortable working in a high-paced environment and thrive in ambiguity.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating as chief of staff in a high paced early stage startup 

• Ability to own cross-functional projects and streamline operations 

• Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and tactical 

• 3+ years experience with carrying out chief of staff duties in a high-paced startup

Compensation & Benefits

• $100K - $120K annual salary depending on experience
