DF is looking for a highly organized Chief of Staff with a strong background in business operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will optimize processes, unite teams across organizations, provide support to executives and help enable scalable infrastructure to support company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and is excellent at building strong rapport across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, proposals, and planning
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation to successful execution under the guidance of executive leadership.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in a Business Operations Management or Chief of Staff or Operations Management role. Semiconductor experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- Demonstrated successful project management skills along with the ability to build strong rapport
- Strong data analysis and organization skills.
- Nimble business mind with experience in leading strategic directives

-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
