Role Overview
Trashie is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a strategic operator who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication, acting as the CEO’s right hand to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across the organization.
You’ll ensure that priorities are translated into action, cross-functional initiatives stay on track, and the executive team operates with precision. The ideal candidate brings a consulting-grade analytical mindset paired with a founder-level bias for execution — able to toggle seamlessly between big-picture strategy and tactical follow-through.
This is not a passive coordination role; it’s a force-multiplier position designed for someone who wants to help scale a fast-growing startup and play a pivotal role in building a technology company that creates measurable, real-world impact at the intersection of technology, behavior, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, managing priorities, decisions, and execution across teams.
Lead and drive key company initiatives, ensuring alignment between leadership, product, and growth functions.
Design and manage operating cadences — quarterly OKRs, leadership meetings, board prep, and cross-functional planning.
Conduct deep strategic and analytical work to inform decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and streamline execution.
Translate strategy into frameworks, roadmaps, and KPIs that enable accountability and transparency.
Serve as an organizational connective tissue — improving how information flows and decisions get made.
Anticipate risks and bottlenecks before they arise, keeping the company focused and moving fast.
2–5 years of experience in management consulting, OR 1–3 years of high-leverage experience as a Chief of Staff or executive business partner, ideally in tech or consumer sectors.

Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute independently.
Curiosity about the intersection of AI, impact, and digital engagement.
Analytical and action-oriented — a doer who gets things done fast and well.
Autonomous, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
Obsessed with clarity, structure, and measurable results.
