By turning physical data into actionable insights, we are empowering one of the largest workforces in the world with dynamic, cutting-edge digital tools.

The Role

As the Chief of Staff, you will be the primary force multiplier for the CEO and a core member of the leadership team. This is a high-impact strategic position designed for a "generalist specialist" who can navigate the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. You will be responsible for turning the CEO’s vision into documented processes, global expansions, and high-stakes partnerships, ensuring the company is operationally prepared for hyperscale growth.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Operations & Governance

  • Operating Rhythm: Design and facilitate the cadence of leadership meetings, QBRs, and annual planning sessions. Drive the team from "status updates" to high-leverage decision-making.

  • Strategic Alignment: Own the company-wide OKR and KPI tracking process, ensuring every department is synchronized with the company roadmap.

  • Board & Investor Relations: Lead the creation of Board Decks and Monthly Investor Updates. Synthesize complex financial and operational data into a compelling narrative of company progress.

  • The CEO’s Proxy: Act as a sounding board, and advisor. Represent the CEO in internal and external forums to ensure vision consistency and follow-through.

Special Projects (The "Zero-to-One" Lead)

  • Global Expansion: Lead the end-to-end setup of new international territories, including legal entity formation, compliance, and initial operational infrastructure.

  • Partnership Management: Project manage critical strategic alliances, ensuring technical milestones are met and long-term relationship value is maximized.

  • Intellectual Property: Coordinate between Engineering and Legal teams to drive patent portfolio development and safeguard our innovations.

Organizational Architecture & Culture

  • Internal Communications: Solve the "fuzziness" of remote alignment by owning the internal comms strategy, ensuring clarity of purpose from SF to London.

  • Financial Oversight: Work with Finance to monitor budgets and resource allocation, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.

  • Team Sync & Offsites: Strategize and execute world-class offsites that balance deep-work synchronization with authentic team connection.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, product managment, or a high-growth "Scale-up" environment.

  • Startup Literacy: Experience ramping up on a variety of topics quickly and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex topics for diverse audiences.

  • Technical & Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial modeling, P&L management, and modern startup stacks (Notion, Slack, G-Suite).
