Why Casca?

Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do.

This is your chance to be the CEO's right hand during our most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps our fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as we build the future of lending. From streamlining internal processes to orchestrating cross-team initiatives, you'll tackle the challenges that determine whether we scale efficiently or break under rapid growth.

What you'll do:

  • Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track while maintaining focus on core business objectives

  • Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams and ensuring everyone is working toward shared goals

  • Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows across all teams

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of Product / Engineering roles at high-growth tech companies OR management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.)

  • Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges, build scalable processes, and drive execution in fast-paced startup environments

  • Experience managing internal operations, team coordination, or chief of staff responsibilities at high-growth companies

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work across both quantitative analysis and qualitative strategic thinking

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership

Bonus points:

  • Technical background with understanding of AI/ML applications

  • MBA from a top-tier program

  • Experience building internal operations during rapid team growth (30+ to 200+ employees)

  • Background in fintech, banking, or lending industry

What you'll get:
  • Impact & Ownership: A unique opportunity to shape the future of banking through AI, owning end-to-end product initiatives.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a talented and passionate team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, benefits, and potential equity in a fast-growing startup.

  • Professional Growth: Access to resources and mentorship to expand your skill set, influence strategy, and accelerate your career.

  • Culture of Innovation: We encourage risk-taking, learning from failures, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.
