Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business leadership roles, with at least 2-3 years of experience serving as a Chief of Staff to a CEO, founder, or executive leadership team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment among senior stakeholders with different perspectives.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong structured thinking and the ability to bring clarity to complexity.
  • Proven ability to turn discussions into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong business judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational awareness.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping others navigate change.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Native-level English proficiency.

Job Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, helping HiBob operate with greater alignment, focus, and effectiveness.
This role is less about owning individual projects and more about enabling the organization to perform at its best. You will act as a facilitator, integrator, and force multiplier for the executive team, bringing people together around shared priorities, reducing organizational friction, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring disciplined execution of our operating model.
You will help create the conditions for better decision-making, stronger communication, and higher productivity across the leadership team and the organization.

Responsibilities
Executive Team Effectiveness & Alignment
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive alignment around company priorities, objectives, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate leadership team discussions, ensuring productive dialogue, clear decisions, and strong follow-through.
  • Surface dependencies, risks, and areas of misalignment early, helping teams navigate and resolve them effectively.
  • Act as a trusted sounding board and advisor to senior leaders on organizational and operational matters.
Cross-Functional Integration
  • Serve as a connective layer across functions, helping teams work together effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify and remove organizational friction points that slow execution or impact collaboration.
  • Support strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.
Operational Excellence & Execution
  • Help implement, embed, and continuously improve HiBob's operating model, ensuring consistency and discipline in execution.
  • Track progress against strategic priorities and key commitments to ensure accountability and momentum.
  • Establish effective mechanisms for planning, prioritization, communication, and follow-up.
  • Capture decisions, commitments, and action items with clarity and ensure they are translated into execution.
Communication & Organizational Rhythm
  • Support executive communications, leadership meetings, company-wide updates, and other key forums.
  • Ensure information flows effectively across leadership teams and functions.
  • Help create clarity and alignment through structured communication and thoughtful facilitation.
