ABOUT RINSE

Rinse is building the first and largest national, and eventually global, brand in clothing care. We're taking on a massive consumer problem and creating a significantly better dry cleaning and laundry experience through the combination of "smart scheduling" and best-in-class quality, all supported by a strong technology backbone.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of our Evening Operations team, you will ensure that customer orders are accurate, up to Rinse quality standards, and delivered on time. This role has significant upside for exceptional performers who are motivated to learn quickly and want to work for a company committed to their professional development. We have an amazing team and want you to become a part of it!

  • Schedule: 4:30 PM - 1 AM, 5 days a week
  • Able to work at least one of the weekends (Rinse runs a 7-day operation)
  • Compensation:
    • Training Rate: $24.75/hour
    • Post-Training Rate: $25.75/hour after completing the first 30 days
    • Note: The first two weeks of training will focus on delivery driver responsibilities
  • Equity: All Rinse City Operations Coordinators have the opportunity to earn and vest equity (options) after working at the company for 90 days.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

Join the team as one of our “air traffic controllers” for day-to-day operations.  You’ll learn to dispatch delivery drivers and troubleshoot any delivery issues.

  • Coordinate with the Customer Care team and Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and analyze operational challenges and come up with creative solutions to help streamline operations.
  • Create and implement effective procedures that support Bay Area operational efforts.
  • Run our mobile truck warehouse operations (we will train you in operating our 16ft and 26ft trucks)
