ABOUT RINSE

Rinse is building the first and largest national, and eventually global, brand in clothing care. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of our Daytime Operations Logistics team, you will safely operate a 26-foot box truck to manage daily laundry pickups and transfers using Uline mobile shelving across the Bay Area. In addition to transportation responsibilities, you will support warehouse delivery preparation operations to ensure all customer orders are accurately inventoried, staged, and ready for on-time delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational flow and upholding Rinse quality standards, while also representing the company through professional interactions with our cleaning partners. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in execution and want to grow within a high-performing operations environment.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hours)
  • Compensation:
    • Training Rate: $24.75/hour
    • Post-Training Rate: $25.75/hour after successfully completing the first 30 days
  • Equity: All Rinse City Operations Logistics Associates have the opportunity to earn and vest equity (options) after working at the company for 90 days.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Safely drive Rinse’s 16’ and 26’ box trucks (No previous truck driving experience required; training will be provided.)
  • Scan orders in the Rinse warehouse/Cleaning Partner’s facility and load them onto the box truck.
  • Support delivery preparation operations and allocate orders to their assigned racks.
  • Communicate Proficiently through Slack.
  • Be open to further training opportunities and responsibilities as you grow.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE…

  • A good driving record
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to overcome challenges and effectively solve problems
  • Thrive in ultra-fast-paced environments and keep cool under pressure
  • Are proficient in Google Applications and iOS devices
  • 1-2 years of truck driving experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
