Algunas de tus responsabilidades clave serán:
- Gestión y supervisión del ciclo contable completo de fondos de inversión de capital riesgo así como de las sociedad participadas, preparando informes financieros periódicos para la gestora e inversores.
- Elaboración y envío de reportes CNMV y otros organismos reguladores.
- Elaboración, revisión y presentación de cuentas anuales (individuales y consolidadas) y libros oficiales
- Asistencia a auditores
- Gestión de tesorería
- Colaboración con el departamento fiscal para la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos
Habilidades técnicas, experiencia y cualificaciones necesarias:
- Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia profesional como contable, preferiblemente en un entorno multi-cliente.
- Gran dominio del inglés para hablar con fluidez con los clientes y equipo off-shore
- Grado o máster en contabilidad.
- Atención a los detalles y capacidad de manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno dinámico.
- Habilidad para gestionar con eficacia múltiples proyectos/tareas, cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión.
- Un enfoque proactivo de las tareas diarias y una persona orientada al equipo.
