🌟 About Us

New Lantern is a Benchmark-led Series A health tech company building radiology and imaging workflow software (PACS + reporting platform). We're already running multi-million dollar contracts with major radiology groups and health systems — this isn't pre-revenue or speculative. The healthcare industry has run on the same archaic systems for decades, and we're building the modern alternative.

We need someone to lead complex client deployments end-to-end, from contract signing through go-live. You'd work alongside an engineering team, driving the pace and the client relationship.

🛠 What You’d Own

As a Client Deployment Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 1–3 complex client deployments at a time — you set the direction, coordinate the team, and drive things to go-live.

  • The client relationship from day one — you lead calls, set the agenda, define timelines, and hold both sides accountable.

  • Translating between engineering and non-technical client stakeholders — you bridge that gap daily.

  • Building out client workflows — configuring the product for their environment, coordinating feature builds with engineering, and validating everything works before it goes live.

  • Imposing structure on client teams that often don't have their own — setting expectations upfront so the deployment stays on track.

  • Shaping how deployments work at New Lantern — what you build here becomes the standard as we scale.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree, or MBA

  • Experience in consulting, technical account management, project management, solutions engineering, implementation, or finance/ops — with a track record of managing complex client work-streams.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • A problem-solver with curiosity and a growth mindset.

  • Experience with HL7, DICOM, or PACS — a plus, but not required.

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions without a complete picture.

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you're building the process, not following one.

🎯 Why Join Us?
  • Real scope, early. Lead multi-million dollar client deployments end-to-end.

  • Direct access. No layers between you and engineering, leadership, or clients.

  • Real impact. Your work reaches radiologists doing real patient care.

  • Real business. Well-funded, growing, already generating enterprise revenue — you're here to scale something that works.

  • Room to grow. Clear paths into Professional Services, Customer Success, or Product.

New Lantern is an equal opportunity employer that values inclusion and diversity across our team. We are committed to equal opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
