Job Summary
The Client Implementation Project Manager plays a strategic role in driving the end-to-end onboarding and technical integration of Blossom’s software solutions for credit union clients. This position is accountable for overseeing complex, high-visibility implementation initiatives—spanning digital banking, loan origination systems, and member engagement platforms—while aligning execution with organizational goals and client success metrics. Operating as a liaison and trusted advisor to client executives and internal stakeholders, this role steers cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, implementation, and support teams and not only ensures that each deployment is delivered on time and within scope, but also sets the standard for excellence in client engagement, process optimization, and long-term platform adoption.

Oversees the department’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and service standards.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to prepare credit union clients for successful migration to Blossom’s financial systems and platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technical readiness.
Serve as an advisor and strategic liaison among client executives, vendors, and internal departments, navigating complex technical, regulatory, and integration challenges with confidence and clarity.
Architect and oversee third-party interface integrations, leveraging tools such as SQL, Jira, and industry-standard platforms to ensure seamless interoperability and long-term scalability.
Interpret, influence, and validate contractual and compliance requirements, ensuring each project aligns with scope, deliverables, risk mitigation strategies, and client success metrics.
Establish and own comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and technical specifications across multiple workstreams.
Drive critical project milestones, proactively identifying risks, managing escalations, and adjusting execution strategy to maintain momentum and stakeholder alignment.
Champion structured communication strategies, promoting transparency, alignment, and engagement across internal technical teams and external client stakeholders.
Foster strong, enduring relationships with senior client leadership, acting as a trusted voice for strategic direction, implementation excellence, and product adoption.
Evaluate, model, and synthesize large and complex datasets from multiple sources to support evidence-based planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Oversee multiple enterprise-level projects concurrently, balancing speed, precision, and quality in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support leadership to drive alignment between client outcomes and platform capabilities.
Mentor and support implementation staff, contributing to team capability development and knowledge-sharing.
Lead or contribute to broader strategic initiatives within the Implementation team as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Deep understanding of project management principles, planning methodologies, and execution best practices.
Solid knowledge of information technology procedures, systems integration, and industry tools.
Demonstrated expertise in financial services, particularly within credit union systems and workflows.
Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and quick to learn new enterprise and industry-specific applications.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of experience managing software implementation or integration projects.
Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Symitar, Corelation, Fiserv).
Familiarity with fintech APIs, SSO/SAML, and data integration concepts.
PMP, CSM, or related certifications.
Previous experience working in or with a credit union or a fintech service provider.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
