As the Client Insights Lead you will: 

  • Analytics Strategy: 

    • Lead day-to-day communications, data gathering, and driving key deliverables in support of the Measurement Strategy for assigned clients. 

    • Lead the development of measurement plans, benchmarks, annual learning agendas, testing/analysis roadmaps, and support thought leadership. 

    • Anticipate and recommend what methods and metrics are necessary to comprehensively measure media and tie results back to bottom line driving outcomes, as well as what methods are necessary to test and assess current media tactics and channel expansion. 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: 

    • Work with performance data via media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), analytics systems (GA4) and advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., Halo Analyses, MMM, incrementality testing) to deliver insights that optimize our clients’ media investment.

    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics, and propose tests and analyses on an ongoing basis.

    • Lead data-driven analyses and analytics projects aimed at driving our clients’ media and business outcomes.

    • Support the Client Partner team in the development of client reporting and planning deliverables, taking responsibility for incorporating findings and insights to build a broader client story.

    • Analyze cross-channel performance for seasonal and always-on multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Search, Shopping, Programmatic, etc. and uncover key insights. 

    • Make data-led optimization recommendations to clients and internal channel teams based on performance analysis and media knowledge.

    • Work with the agency's proprietary measurement suite, Bliss Point, helping to evangelize our in-house solutions for advanced measurement and analytics (e.g., rMMM, brand equity, incrementality testing).

  • Stay abreast of related technological and industry developments, providing appropriate suggestions to your clients. 

  • Complete quality assurance to ensure the data is complete, accurate and reliable for analysis. 

  • Collaboration: Lead relationships with cross-functional teams daily execution of analytics projects & initiatives. Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical difficulty. 

  • Client Communication: Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and actionable.

Professional Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with a proven track record of working with clients, understanding their business, and executing quantitative methods to support. 

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decision making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with clients and internal partners

  • In-depth experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, LTV calculations, and other quantitative methods.

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions including data from digital media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc), web analytics (GA4, Adobe), data visualization platforms, and advanced measurement tools/methods (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing)

  • Experience working with MTA, MMM, and Incrementality solutions (e.g., Rockerbox, Measured, Haus) a plus.

  • Experience in business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metric) and data architecture (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift).  

  • Advanced computer skills including Excel, Google Sheets & Google Slides.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

The hiring salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
