Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in California. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Client Manager will provide advanced technical servicing of their assigned book of business, working closely with Producers and other team members to ensure exceptional client service and support.

We will count on you to:

  • Analyze coverages and claims data for new and renewal business at an above-average level.
  • Proactively prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
  • Manage the marketing of renewal business as directed by Producers.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of experience modification calculations published by state rating agencies/bureaus.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility related to client management.
  • Valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
  • Excellent understanding of insurance terminology and the functions of an insurance brokerage agency.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,100 to $117,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
