This role ensures that all cross-functional activities required for a successful client onboarding are completed on time, in the correct sequence, and with a high level of accuracy. You will be the central point of coordination across internal teams and stakeholders, driving accountability, visibility, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent client onboardings.
As the central onboarding and implementation leader, you will directly influence the speed, quality, and consistency of our client onboarding experience ensuring our clients receive value quickly.

What that means day-to-day:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding projects from handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support
- Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Client Success, Configuration, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders, driving accountability, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring onboarding milestones stay on track
- Track and drive completion of all required launch activities/materials, ensuring key milestones are met on time
- Maintain project timelines, dependencies, and status visibility across multiple concurrent launches
- Ensure readiness for client kickoff, implementation, training, and post-launch activities
- Provide status updates on key launches to leadership, raising red flags when necessary
- Support accurate tracking of project status in internal systems and tools
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays escalating when needed and facilitating timely decisions to keep projects moving forward
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality client onboarding experience, recommending improvements to leadership

What you’ll need to be successful:
- 3–7 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Client Onboarding, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority
Preferred Experience
- SaaS, client implementation, or client success environments
- Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success systems such as Salesforce or Totango
