This is a fixed-term contractor engagement designed to maintain full coverage and revenue performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Client Partnerships:
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., Directors, VPs) across business units, aligning X solutions (e.g., X Ads, Amplify, X Live) with their core objectives.
    • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that drive significant client investment, delivering outcomes like brand equity and revenue growth.
    • Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations that articulate X's value, securing substantial client commitments.
  • Advanced Sales & Pipeline Management
    • Lead a high-value book of business, driving accelerated revenue growth through strategic upsells, accurate forecasting, and proactive client engagement.
    • Leverage advanced analytics (e.g., X Audience Insights) and market trends (e.g., live commerce, events) to identify and close high-impact sales opportunities.
    • Coach team members to spot actionable sales opportunities, boosting team revenue and performance
  • Platform & Industry Expertise:
    • Teach clients to navigate X’s platform and advanced features, proactively aligning solutions with their goals to drive adoption.
    • Leverage deep knowledge of digital advertising trends (e.g., sports, live moments) to position X as a strategic partner and secure upsells.
    • Experiment with innovative sales strategies, rapidly iterating to deliver scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Foster a team-centered culture by sharing best practices, and driving team-wide initiatives to elevate performance.
    • Strategically engage internal teams (e.g., X Brand Strategy, Analytics, Ops) to deliver customized client solutions, acting as a key cross-functional partner.
    • Share data-driven insights to pivot client strategies and enhance team knowledge, improving sales outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Approach client initiatives with enthusiasm and precision, setting a high standard for quality and impact.
    • Lead pipeline management with rigorous goal setting and forecasting, consistently exceeding stretch OKRs.
    • Overcome complex client objections with novel approaches, driving deal closures and long-term partnerships.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital advertising, client partnerships, or sales, preferably in tech, media, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios, driving significant revenue growth, and securing strategic sales opportunities.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders (e.g., in QBRs) is highly desirable.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing, sales strategies, and performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, engagement).
  • Expertise in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., X Audience Insights, third-party platforms) to deliver actionable sales insights.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches for executive audiences.
