We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Platform Engineer to join our Business Technology team. This role focuses on architecting, deploying, securing, managing, and maintaining end-user computing environments and platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving client workflow operations, streamlining deployments, and enhancing end-user productivity and experience.
This role will be based out of our Palo Alto office with an in-office requirement of 4x a week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design, deploy, manage, and optimize client computing platforms (Windows, macOS, Mobile Device management, Virtual Desktops, etc.)
  • Develop, implement, automate, and enhance endpoint deployment, configuration management, patching, and compliance processes.
  • Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for client systems and configurations.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, systems engineering, help desk, and other teams to develop best practices, tools, and procedures to create a secure, stable, and user-friendly computing environment.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze client platform health, performance, and proactively resolve identified issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to understand their technology requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Develop and document client management procedures, technical manuals, proposals, and system integration plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5+ years of proven experience as a Client Platform Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, Systems Administrator, or equivalent technical role.
  • Deep technical experience in endpoint management tools and technologies (JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM/MECM, Kandji, Workspace ONE, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS), software deployment, image creation, automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripts).
  • Experience in implementing virtual desktop and application environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with client technology platforms.
  • Experience handling large-scale device deployments and endpoint lifecycle management.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
