We’re seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the day-to-day quarterback for ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless coordination across accounting, advisory, and internal teams. The CRM is accountable for maintaining client trust by anticipating needs, aligning resources, and consistently delivering high-impact services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UHNW client relationships as the primary point of accountability

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and effective execution of daily client tasks

  • Define and manage how the client’s financial activities are monitored and reported

  • Align firm services with client goals and priorities

  • Manage onboarding for new clients, creating a smooth transition and strong foundation

  • Anticipate evolving client needs and proactively recommend solutions

  • Collaborate with Advisors and the broader team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, family office, business management or related fields

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

  • Comfortable managing complex relationships and high-touch client service
