We’re seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the day-to-day quarterback for ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless coordination across accounting, advisory, and internal teams. The CRM is accountable for maintaining client trust by anticipating needs, aligning resources, and consistently delivering high-impact services.
Responsibilities
Lead UHNW client relationships as the primary point of accountability
Ensure timely, accurate, and effective execution of daily client tasks
Define and manage how the client’s financial activities are monitored and reported
Align firm services with client goals and priorities
Manage onboarding for new clients, creating a smooth transition and strong foundation
Anticipate evolving client needs and proactively recommend solutions
Collaborate with Advisors and the broader team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated execution
Qualifications
5+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, family office, business management or related fields
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Comfortable managing complex relationships and high-touch client service
