Key Responsibilities of a Client Sales Associate:

  • Engage with prospective residential customers in a friendly and informative manner to create a positive brand impression and guide them seamlessly through the sales process
  • Complete all sales and ensure the brand is represented in a manner that aligns with company values through all sales and customer interactions
  • Distribute sales & marketing materials such as pamphlets, package quotes, and surveys
  • Display thorough product knowledge when responding to client inquiries
  • Gather customer feedback to provide valuable insight to the marketing, sales, and management team for areas of improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and the Client Sales Associate team

 

Qualifications of a Client Sales Associate:

  • Experience in customer service, as a Client Sales Associate, in sales, and/or brand advocacy is preferred
  • Outgoing & energetic personality, and a passion for interacting with people
  • Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings effectively
  • Professional attitude, able to work with diverse groups of people
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, looking to grow with a company over time
