The Client Services department looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services.
How will you make a difference as a Client Services Analyst at Fragomen?
- Managing the client specific drop box and answering protocol queries from case workers.
- Compiling monthly SLA reports and weekly expiration reports.
- Work directly with the client on obtaining authorisation for renewal applications and other process related matters.
- Preparing quarterly business review decks.
- Analysing initiation data and identifying trends.
- Assist with developing/maintaining protocols.
- Updating/distributing fee schedules.
- Ad hoc reporting as required.

- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills including: graphs, pivot tables, vlookup
- Self- starter/ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Be able to act under instruction with limited supervision
- Be able to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
- Completes tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectations
- Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, internet and email systems
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.
All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process. This process may include verifying the candidate’s identity, confirming legal authorization to work in the offered position's location, and conducting a comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations.
