This position is for the ITCloud business unit Servicing Canadian IT professionals and their business customers since 2005, IT Cloud is an authorized Canadian Distributor for Microsoft, Acronis, Bitdefender, AvePoint, BitTitan, Letsignit and NinjaOne. Through our partner channel, we provision Canadian businesses with the most powerful corporate cloud solutions for continuity, cybersecurity and productivity. Highly skilled on both the technical and business sides, our team backs up our partners-resellers with technical, sales, marketing and administrative enablement so they can build a successful business while provisioning their client-base through our simple and secure marketplace.

About You

Passionate about artificial intelligence and the Microsoft ecosystem, you have a proven track record of success in solution sales, building lasting partnerships, and guiding digital transformation. Thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment that values initiative and creativity, you possess strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and the broader M365 ecosystem, with a talent for clearly communicating the value of AI whether delivering webinars or speaking at conferences. As a key member of our rapidly expanding AI practice, you will play an essential role in driving revenue growth, educating the market, and accelerating AI adoption across Canada.

What You'll Do And How You'll Have An Impact

  • Drive new business opportunities related to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem;
  • Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and position Microsoft AI solutions to address business challenges and unlock productivity gains;
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers;
  • Deliver compelling workshops, webinars, and executive presentations;
  • Represent ITCloud at Microsoft events, partner conferences and industry forums;
  • Stay current on Microsoft's AI roadmap, licensing updates, product releases, and industry trends;
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content related to Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies;
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams to accelerate customer adoption and business growth;
  • Support customers throughout their AI journey by identifying use cases, adoption opportunities, and business transformation initiatives;
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and growth within the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Microsoft Copilot solutions, Microsoft 365, AI solutions, or related cloud technologies;
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth;
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • Microsoft Copilot Studio
    • AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions
    • Microsoft 365
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value;
  • Experience delivering customer presentations, webinars, workshops, or speaking engagements;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where priorities evolve quickly;
  • A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Growth-oriented with a passion for learning, innovation, and emerging technologies;
  • Experience working with MSPs, distributors, or channel organizations is considered an asset;
  • Microsoft certifications related to Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI are considered an asset.
