About the role

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. You will design and executive your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high-performance team. Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region.

This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development. You will spend most of your time developing growth strategies, executing projects, and coaching top performers. As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.

Ideal candidates have prior experience managing client-facing teams within enterprise business development and/or customer success. They love taking on new challenges while never taking things for granted. We are looking for candidates who are excited to face the successes and challenges of growing client portfolios and developing high-performance teams.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Full-time offers include base salary, equity, and benefits

Pay range: $110,000 – $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience

This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 2-3 times per week.
