About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Your mission is to ensure clients receive a consistently positive experience by understanding and addressing their needs proactively while identifying opportunities to enhance their journey with us.

On a typical day, you will communicate with clients, follow up on open requests, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clients receive the support and attention they deserve. Serving as a vital bridge between clients and our internal teams, you will ensure seamless communication and that no detail is overlooked.

To succeed, you must be highly organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating remotely. Taking ownership, following through on commitments, and building genuine professional relationships are key. Your goal is to make clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and ongoing needs
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, video calls, chat, and other digital channels
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure issues are resolved effectively
  • Proactively follow up with clients to confirm their needs are met
  • Monitor client requests, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate client needs and drive timely request completion
  • Identify potential client concerns before they escalate
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requests, feedback, and account information
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and processes
  • Support seamless onboarding for new clients
  • Gather and share client feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and increase satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in all interactions
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client success, account management, or a related client-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through without constant supervision
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and priorities
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
