The RoleAt CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. Twenty-seven of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is responsible for helping customers realize value from their investment, drive adoption, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
We are actively hiring for multiple Product Client Success Manager roles across our organization. Opportunities exist across a range of levels. Regardless of role or level, successful candidates are curious, analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about helping customers maximize value from CCC solutions. Specific responsibilities and account assignments will vary based on the role, level, and business need.
Salary range is:
$78,556 - $120,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build deep expertise in a defined set of products and how they deliver value​
  • Drive feature-level adoption and utilization by identifying and closing usage gaps ​
  • Prove ROI to clients through repeatable plays​
  • Support configuration/optimization and use-case expansion within product area​
  • Partner with Strategic CSMs and across CCC to execute against account goals/targets ​
  • Standardize playbooks, enablement, and product performance tracking​

How Success Is Measured

  • Time to Value: Time from contract to first meaningful usage​
  • Adoption: % increase in utilization by product by client​
  • Renewal & Expansion: Net revenue retention within existing accounts​


 

Requirements:

Qualifications may vary depending on the position and level. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in Client Success, Product Specialist, Implementation, or similar roles​
  • Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in complex solutions​
  • Comfortable using data to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and drive action​
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and outcomes​
  • Intellectually curious, asking good questions and getting to the heart of problems quickly​
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, forming a point of view, testing it, adjusting, and moving forward without waiting for direction​
  • Commercial mindset, accountable for customer value and growth​
