Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The Client Success Manager will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of ADM's services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media, strong analytical skills, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with ADM's capabilities.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies and campaigns.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services.
  • Documentation & Insights Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success management or account management
  • 3+ years in a performance media agency
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

This role is required to be based in the US or Canada.
