Start Your Career at a Growing Company

Nest Veterinary is on track to 5X this year. We're the category leader in care plan infrastructure for veterinary practices, and we're looking for someone who wants more than a job — someone who wants a front-row seat to what building a high-growth startup actually looks like.

If you're hungry, curious, and ready to grow fast, keep reading.

About Nest Veterinary

Our mission is simple: make pet care accessible to every pet parent. We provide fully-managed, tech-enabled care plan solutions that help veterinary practices increase compliance, drive revenue, and deliver better preventive care — without the administrative burden.

We're transforming an industry, and we're doing it with design-forward products and a team that genuinely cares about the outcome.

The Role

As a Client Support Associate, you'll be on the front lines of the Nest partner experience. You'll be the person veterinary practices turn to when they need help — and you'll be the person who makes sure they always walk away feeling supported, confident, and heard.

This isn't a dead-end support role. At Nest, associates are expected to think, contribute, and grow. You'll work closely with the Support Manager, Hospital Success team, and Product — and your ideas and observations will help shape the client experience.

What You'll Own

Client Support Be the voice of Nest for our partner practices. You'll respond to inbound requests via email, phone, and chat with empathy, urgency, and clarity; troubleshoot issues with billing, plan setup, client communications, and platform usage; and maintain accurate records in our support system.

Enablement & Education Help build the resources that scale us. You'll create and update self-serve content — help center articles, training videos, and internal documentation — that makes our support smarter and faster over time.

Feedback & Collaboration Your observations from the front lines are valuable. You'll escalate bugs and pain points to Product and Hospital Success, identify recurring practice needs, and participate in cross-functional syncs to advocate for the customer.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years in a SaaS customer support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication — clear, friendly, and confident

  • Highly organized and responsive; comfortable managing multiple cases at once

  • Familiar with support tools like Zendesk

  • Genuinely enthusiastic about helping people succeed — and about growing yourself in the process

  • Startup experience or startup curiosity — you're looking to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will grow your career.

  • Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.

  • Support hours between 8am - 8pm EST

Why Nest
  • Competitive salary and generous time off

  • 5X growth trajectory — you'll grow with the company, not just alongside it

  • Career development from day one — we invest in people who invest in the work

  • Real visibility — associates at Nest are heard, not siloed

  • Mission that matters — more pets getting the care they need because of what you do every day

  • Teammates who show up — kind, motivated, and genuinely collaborative

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
