What is the Clinical Recruiter role?

As a Clinical Recruiter, you will lead our clinical recruitment efforts to identify uniquely accomplished individuals to guide us forward. In this role you will be a creative full cycle Recruiter, relentless in your drive to find top talent, and experienced in the healthcare technology sector. You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the strategy to recruit a range of diverse candidates in the healthcare space by driving a business plan, building research, developing industry profiles, networking, and sourcing
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and exceptional candidate experience
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and developing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
  • Engage and partner with business leaders in order to understand their talent needs
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
  • Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of full cycle clinical recruiting experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to thrive in a data and metrics driven environment
  • Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A positive and team oriented approach to your work
  • Experience building and improving recruitment processes
  • Success building robust candidate pipelines and improving recruiting processes
  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to perform well under pressure
